Do I need to download an app?
No. SayWell works inside your regular text messages. Nothing to download.
How does this differ from OurFamilyWizart, Talking Parents, and other solutions?
Competing solutions are apps/portals with multiple functions, one of which is communication. Communications are sent and received through the app, you log-in to send and receive messages. With SayWell you just send text messages - it’s the friction-free solution.
Can I use the records in court?
Yes. Every message is timestamped and logged. You can search and export your complete history when needed. You can also provide access to your attorney.
What happens when I try to send something inflammatory?
Inflammatory messages are either blocked or blocked with a re-draft. Re-drafting happens when there is extractable content in a blocked message.
Will SayWell have visibility to all of my text messages?
No. SayWell will only have visibility to the text messages sent to your ex’s SayWell-assigned phone number.
Do I need administrative access on my phone to use this?
No. There is no special configuration needed on your phone. You are just texting a different phone number.
